The disposable in the drawer ran out without warning. The hotel matchbox softened. The igniter on the gas burner quit sometime in winter. A household has six rechargeable devices and not one reliable way to light a candle.

01 Will it damage or drain my phone?

No. Coil draws a small current for three seconds per light, less than a single push notification. Nothing pushes voltage back into the phone. Standard USB-C input, the same kind of trickle your earbuds and accessories use. You'd light hundreds of candles before seeing a dent in your phone battery.

02 What's in the box?

The lighter and a single-fold card with the warranty and care instructions. No cable, no plastic trays, no extras. Coil has its own USB-C connector built into the body.

03 How long does shipping take inside Australia?

One to three business days for capital cities, three to five for regional addresses. We ship from Sydney by 2pm AEST same-day if ordered before then.

04 Where does Coil work best?

Indoors. Kitchen, candles, lanterns, gas stoves with a dead igniter. The heating coil hits ignition temperature in under three seconds and does not care about damp matchboxes.

05 What's the warranty?

Twelve months, full replacement. The Owner's Promise lets you return for any reason in the first thirty days for a full refund. We pay return shipping.

06 Can I gift this?

Yes. Add a short gift message in the order notes at checkout and we'll include it on a card. The box is small and tidy, easy to wrap.
