The Owner's Promise

Coil comes with a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defect. If anything fails in the first twelve months we replace the unit. We pay shipping both ways.

Beyond twelve months we try to repair before replace. If a unit cannot be fixed, we offer a replacement at cost (roughly AUD $20 to $25). We do not engineer for replacement-as-default.

What is covered

• Heating coil failure
• Battery failure
• USB-C port failure
• Button or switch failure
• Any manufacturing defect

What is not covered

• Cosmetic wear from normal use
• Damage from drops onto hard surfaces from height
• Water submersion
• Modification
