Coil

How long does one charge last?
About 50 lights per charge. Charges in roughly twenty minutes from any USB-C cable.

What is in the box?
The lighter, a short USB-C cable, and a single-fold card with the warranty and care instructions. No plastic trays, no extras.

Where does Coil work best?
Indoors. Kitchen, candles, lanterns, gas stoves with a dead igniter. The heating coil hits ignition temperature in under three seconds and does not care about damp matchboxes.

Can I take Coil on a plane?
Yes. Coil contains a small lithium battery similar to a wireless earbud. It travels in carry-on under standard airline rules. Check your specific airline policy.

What happens if the coil burns out?
Coils typically last 5+ years of regular use. If yours fails within the warranty period (12 months), we replace the unit. After that, we offer a replacement at cost.

Shipping

How long does shipping take inside Australia?
One to three business days for capital cities, three to five for regional addresses. We ship from Sydney by 2pm AEST same-day if ordered before then.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Australia only at launch.

Warranty & returns

What is the warranty?
Twelve months, full replacement. The Owner's Promise lets you return for any reason in the first thirty days for a full refund. We pay return shipping.

Can I gift this?
Yes. The packaging is neutral and unbranded outside the Torch and Tinder mark. Add a short gift message in the order notes at checkout and we will include it on a card.
